At dot.cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
